To confirm your booking with us, a payment is required as follows:
For bookings made more than 14 days before arrival:
A 50% deposit is required immediately to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before your arrival.For bookings made 14 days or less before arrival:Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.
For bookings under R2000 or one-night stays:
Full payment (100%) is required upfront, regardless of the booking date.
Thank you for your understanding! This policy helps us ensure your stay is as seamless as possible.
House rules:
No smoking inside the apartments.
Do not bring your pets.
No open flames or candles except at the Braai area.
Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00.
Check-in after 21:00 must be approved in advance and will not be accommodated without prior approval.
Refunds cannot be provided for last-minute cancellations.
Check out is until 10:00.
No loud noise or party, quiet times are from 10pm to 7am.
No car music.
If friends or family would like to visit you during your holiday, please inform us in advance.
We reserve the right to decline any additional visitor requests.
Please note that only registered guests who have booked prior are permitted to stay overnight.
No additional guests can be accommodated without prior approval, and the total number of occupants must not exceed the maximum capacity for the room type.
Please report damages immediately and pay for it that we can replace it for our future guests.
Please be aware of all new pool rules.

Pool Rules
For a safe and enjoyable experience please follow these pool rules:
No glass bottles, containers or glasses in and around the pool allowed!
Please use the plastic glasses provided in your Unit. In case of no obeying and any glass breakage, we are forced to drain the entire pool, resulting in a fee of 10,000 Rand due to refilling costs and damage of business reputation.
Excessive alcohol consumption in and around the pool is prohibited.
No pool parties allowed same as own music LoerieRoep is a tranquil place to rest and relax and not to party.
Running and the conduct of any activity that may cause accidents is not permitted in the pool premises.
No sitting and walking on the waterledge due to high risk of serious injury.
Children below 14 years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Usage of the swimming pool is prohibited during thunderstorm or heavy rain for safety reasons.
Spitting, spouting water, blowing of nose, urinating and vomiting in the pool is prohibited and will result in a cleaning fee of R1000. Pool hours are from 8am to 9pm.
Please respect our quiet hours and keep noise to a minimum.
Do always use provided towels while using the sun loungers.
Guest must wear proper swim suits or swimming trunks inside the pool.
If rules above are not obeyed by, it is up to the premise staff & management to decide further action, including to restriction of use of the pool or even expelling guests and groups to leave the premise.

The Establishment is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability, or fatality even death arising from whatsoever reasons while exercising or playing on the property and in/around the pool.
